Praiano, a peaceful old village scattered along the slopes of the hill at the center of the Amalfi Coast, is an ideal spot for visiting the area. Casa Nina (120 sq. m.), extremely spacious and full of light, is located in the higher part of Praiano, offering a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. It is so peaceful and quiet, it is hard to imagine you are living in town! A very good food shop can be reached within a moment’s walk, and bars and restaurants within 15 minutes walk or by bus. The beach at Praino can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes, or you can drive or take the bus during the summer months. The inlet, enclosed by a high cliff, is home to several restaurants offering excellent local cuisine, as well as a boat hire service and an aquatics school. Positano (7 km) can be reached by bus in order to avoid the difficulty of finding parking. Amalfi (12 km), Ravello (16 km), Sorrento (18 km), Salerno (45 km) are within easy reach.
Casa Nina is built on two floors and is well furnished, cozy and comfortable. As soon as you enter, you will notice the charming warmth of the high quality furnishings, which have been carefully and tastefully coordinated, with modern amenities for your comfort and convenience. Bathrooms are beautifully tiled, and the kitchen will delight guests with a passion for cooking. A spacious roof terrace, various balconies, and a garden with a working pizza oven provide lovely spots for relaxing and dining al fresco.
From a tiny, quiet piazza in the heart of the village, 72 steps lead to Casa Nina. A small entrance hall leads to a lovely dining area divided by an arch from the spacious living room with an open fireplace, comfortable sofas, and doors that open onto the balcony, with a beautiful view of the promontory of Praiano. Adjacent to the living room is a door leading to the master bedroom, which has an en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and doors that open onto the balcony. On the opposite side of the hallway is a large, attractive eat-in kitchen with glass doors that open onto a large flower garden furnished for outdoor dining. Internal stairs lead from the entrance hall to the second floor, where there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower) and doors leading to a furnished terrace with a glorious sea view.
Amenities include satellite TV, telephone, air conditioning (bedrooms), washing machine, and stereo.
Parking is available at a nearby private garage (250 meters from the house) for an additional fee.
